Welcome to version 3 of the RPCA FAQ.
I decided to redo it using a blog format, since it is much easier to manage the content with current blog software.
I have gone through the pages, verified links, corrected some typos, modified some wording and removed or replaced dead links when I found them. I am experimenting with the membership and commenting systems, so play around with it.
NOTE: you must create a user account to post comments, and the first comment must be approved by the admin (me). After you have one previously approved comment, you no longer need to have your comments moderated.
